This was another weird thing that I saw in downtown Oakland yesterday. There was a huge street festival to raise support for reforming Marijuana laws and they had all sorts of cool art displays, funk music, and street food. There was a parade with several Carnaval-ish dancers and a band of instruments walking together down the street.
